Exterior Insulation & Finish System (EIFS)

EIFS is one of the most durable and versatile exterior finish systems available today. The process starts with rigid insulation board attached to the exterior of the building. From there, we apply a reinforced base coat with fiberglass mesh for strength, followed by a textured finish coat that gives the building its final appearance.

The result is an attractive, energy-efficient exterior that offers excellent durability and design flexibility. EIFS is commonly used on commercial buildings, multifamily properties, retail centers, and residential projects because it provides both insulation and a clean, finished look.
